Interest in metalworking has been with Stephen from an early age, acting on his interest, however, was brought about by various reasons. He took up learning the trade of armoring and has grown into the art of ornamental blacksmithing. He expresses in many different ways, from abstract to the realistic. There is a constant personal conviction that remains in all of his work, to invoke a sense of elegance, dignity and grace.
Erin Graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science with a background in Graphic Design. She has always been interested in all mediums of art, especially painting with gouache and metal art. It wasnt until she met Stephen at an art show in 2008 that she had the opportunity to get her hands dirty with creating metal sculptures. Since then, shes been learning and continuing to grow with blacksmithing and using metal artistically.
